We stand behind our products and the custom decoration that goes into each and every item. It does not happen often, but if we do make a mistake with your order, we will replace your items immediately.
For customer designed items: please review your custom designs and the product size chart prior to ordering, as each custom order is made individually to your specifications and cannot be resold. For this reason, we cannot exchange or refund orders based on size discrepancy or customer errors (such as spelling, colors, etc) made during customization. If you find a problem with your order, please contact one of our customer service representatives at email@example.com within 2 weeks of receiving your order and we will promptly address the issue.
For Customized World graphic designs: as long as no customization has been done to the item (different color request, text added or altered), we will accept these items for a return or exchange. The customer is responsible for the return shipping.
CustomizedWorld is not responsible for any problems with orders that have been opened or left unattended after they are delivered. Please contact the carrier for delivery problems.
