Shipping & Handling Policies
When will my shipment arrive?
Please note that delivery times are in business days, and that for orders placed after 4PM EST, the delivery time is based on the next business day.
Following credit card authorization and verification of information, you will receive your order within approximately 10 business days (USPS Standard), 7 business days (USPS Priority), 5 business days (Express Service) or 3 business days (3 Day Express). Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, Holidays or the day of processing which is the 1st business day that the order is received.
If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
- Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
- United States Postal Service deliveries are Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
Multiple shipments
Customized World is happy to take orders on items in stock, as well as back-ordered items. When this occurs, Customized World will only charge for 1 shipment. You will receive the second shipment as soon as we have it in stock... and pay no additional shipping charge.
APO/FPO shipments
Customized World is happy to take orders deliverable to our brave military personnel, however, please note that shipping times take much longer due to the U.S. military's mail procedures. For orders shipping to APO/FPO Addresses we cannot provide arrival estimates. Orders will usually arrive within 21 business days; however, we cannot guarantee delivery time to these addresses. No Priority or Express services available - only Standard shipping.
